Books of 2006: Prep

I am trying to document what books I read this year. Sort of a New Years Resolution. (Side note: on a journal on the first day back at school, I wrote: What is your New Years Revolution, which was pretty funny). My first book to officially start 2006was The Real Mother by Judith Michael. But I can't get into it, so I quit and started reading Prep by Curtis Sittenfield. I am really enjoying this book. It has many parts that seem just so real. But I do need to stop reading reviews so that I don't ruin any more of the book for myself.
